Sutherfane

Sutherfane's capital sits on the south coast of the Empire of Aarden. Sutherfane may be referred to as a kingdom but it is more of an oligarchy. The Ruling council of ship captains and wealthy merchants are regarded by most of the empire as merely pirates. And frankly they're correct. Sutherfane's Capital is well known as a destination for thrill seekers tourists and those seeking their fortune by gambling with their money or their lives.
