Seftmire Settlements

The northern island nation of Seftmire is marked with many different settlements, and many people assume these are in fact separate towns themselves. In truth, each marked "settlement" is actually the approximate surface location of an underground community and part of the greater subterranean city-state. While many of these communities have their own exit tunnels to the surface, some are located so far beneath the ground that elaborate air filtration systems have become necessary in order to keep the air breathable.
