Suthael

Suthael is more of a massive shipping and receiving dock than a town, and has very few permanent residents. It's importance has grown in the decades since the destruction of Kernsby, as many of the supplies delivered to maintain the fade collector network are delivered here. The longest unpopulated border with the Fade stretches from Suthael to Fennshaw, and with the defiant city of Midweld refusing the Hand a permanent outpost within their community, Suthael as a result acts as the Chuch of the Creators de facto southern base of operations.

Of the permanent residents that do live in Suthael nearly three quarters of them are Tenders from within the Church, working in the docks and warehouses. Suthael's proximity to the fade, as well as the constant presence of the Church, has caused a constant decline in population over the past 30 years, and these Tenders are assigned by Nostor's Keep to live there and keep the important outpost properly manned.

Suthael has no mayor nor permanent Governor, however, there is an imperial clerk and representative stationed there at the behest of the Church. Handling any non-Church related issues such as bounties or Imperial shipping schedules, Adrian Tellaponte currently occupies the position on a three-year appointment.
